Origin:Native to the Indo-Pacific region, commonly found attached to rocks and reef crevices in shallow waters.
Feeding:
Carnivorous feeds on meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, chopped seafood, and specialized invertebrate preparations. Can also derive nutrition from photosynthetic symbionts under strong lighting.
Tank Mates:
Compatible with clownfish and other non-aggressive reef-safe fish. Avoid housing with fish or invertebrates that may nip at or disturb the anemone.
Aggression:
Moderately territorial capable of stinging nearby corals and invertebrates with its nematocysts.
